BOXING/ A fitness-based class to develop core strength, cardio fitness, agility, speed as well as upper and lower body strength. This class utilises boxing fundamentals such as punch combinations, mitt/bag work, high intensity cardio intervals and technique work. Boxing is also great for stress relief!
