Our Personal trainers (PT's) will keep you motivated, encourage and support you, improve your technical skills and ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. A PT works with you to help you achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals. 


WHAT HAPPENS FIRST?

Your PT will meet with you for an initial consultation. Your goals, fitness levels, schedule and some background information is shared. Your PT will then discuss training options with you, such as types of training, frequency and timing of sessions, available packages, and answer any questions you may have.

Your PT will plan sessions that align with your fitness and wellbeing goals, and adjust these along the way as you progress on your fitness journey.


WHAT DO I BRING/WEAR TO MY SESSION?

  • Towel
  • Water bottle
  • Clothing - wear clothing which allows you to be able to move, e.g. shorts, leggings, t-shirt, singlet
  • Shoes - sports shoes / sneakers / runners

PAYMENT

Direct debit and payment options are available. Payment is arranged directly with your PT. 

NOTE - If you are not a current member with Embrace Fitness and Wellbeing, there is an annual PT membership fee of $199
