Introducing AntiGravity® YOGA
AntiGravity® Yoga is a comprehensive technique designed to increase fitness and wellbeing. This method helps decompress the spine, aligns the body from head to toe, and stretches and strengthens your muscles. Techniques from yoga, dance, Pilates and calisthenics are re-invented to challenge your body and calm your mind. Embrace Fitness and Wellbeing offers 2 streams. In both streams, options will be provided to cater for your individual needs.
1. Antigravity fundamentals
You will learn and practice techniques and become familiar with the hammock, allowing you to progress towards Antigravity floor yoga and Antigravity Aerial yoga. Fundamentals is essential for new members. Fundamentals is also appropriate for members who are familiar with the program, as our instructors can provide various options to challenge you.
2. ANTIGRAVITY AERIAL YOGA
Utilises the hammock to support you for poses to master suspension techniques allowing you to progress to more advanced poses. In this stream the hammock will suspend you and your body will be fully supported, allowing you to experience the air with more freedom and confidence.

ANTIGRAVITY AERIAL FUSION YOGA
Aerial fusion is a combination of Suspension Fitness and Yoga techniques, the class focus is to build strength and flexibility with the aid of the Harrison Hammock. You will see tugs, flips and tricks followed by stretch and meditation during this class.
ANTIGRAVITY RESTORATIVE YOGA
AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga utilises the AntiGravity® Hammock to gently restore and repair the muscular, structural and nervous systems of the body. Restorative Yoga will aid in decompression of the spine, hydration in the vertebral discs, increases kinaesthetic awareness and encourages deeper spinal flexibility.
This certified technique allows participants to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel - all on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock! These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights. Explore the amazing benefits that can be derived by training in the Pilates Method in combination with AntiGravity's Zero-Compression inversions.
